The greatest champs outside of lane to counter Sylas include Ziggs, Aphelios, and Kai'Sa. These champions are all good at countering Sylas with win rates over 54%. Even if these Sylas counter picks are not chosen in the same position as you, it's not smart to take him into one of these matchups. They will usually beat Sylas.

Conversely, if the opposing team choses either Teemo or Seraphine, you should strongly consider picking him, as he easily dominates these champions with win rates over 53% against each ofthem.
