This proves that there is a weak strategic relationship between Thresh and Gangplank that results in them performing not as well together than without each other.
Gangplank has a greater difficulty than Thresh. That means you must be cautious when arranging Gangplank allies to go into battle on the same side as, as they will require a greater level of skill to be able to do well with you.
